Late summer along any lane means purple fingertips and a bowl of berries for a crumble. This design gathers that ripe, slightly wild feeling onto a bag you'll use all year. It looks as good at a garden centre as it does at the office.

The print

Ripe blackberries, unripe red ones and shell-pink dog roses weave across the canvas on arching, prickly stems, with serrated leaves in several greens. The painterly gouache has the depth of an old botanical plate, set on a warm cream ground. Dark green handles frame it neatly.
