No. 01Do not sell or share my personal information

We don't sell customer information for money. Under some US state laws, including California's, using advertising cookies such as the Meta pixel can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that at any time:

• Use the cookie or privacy banner on this site to decline advertising cookies.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or a privacy extension. Marlowthorn reads that browser signal as your request to opt out, with nothing more for you to do.
• Or email info@marlowthorn.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share" and we will record your choice against your email address.

Essential cookies keep the shop working; they remember your bag and let checkout run. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely. Blocking cookies may mean your bag empties between visits.

To limit the adverts Meta shows you based on activity elsewhere, visit the ad preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Order and shipping emails are still sent, because they are part of fulfilling your purchase.

Email info@marlowthorn.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold, to correct it or to have it deleted. We may ask you to confirm some order details so we know the request is really from you, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. You can also ask an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
