Every tote leaves us folded flat, wrapped and tracked. Here is what delivery costs and how long it usually takes.

No. 01What shipping costs

A single tote is $49.99, so an order of three totes, or two plus anything else that brings the total to $100, ships free.

No. 02When it leaves us

Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. As soon as yours is handed to the carrier we email a tracking link. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays start processing on the next business day.

No. 03How long delivery takes

These are typical times rather than promises. Weather, peak seasons and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

No. 04Customs and import charges

Orders going outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local authorities, are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

No. 05Tracking and delivery problems

• No tracking email? Check your spam folder, then write to us and we'll resend it.
• Tracking has stalled? Give it a couple of business days, as scans sometimes catch up in bulk. If it still hasn't moved, email us and we will chase the carrier.
• Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around the building, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.
• Wrong address? Email us as soon as you spot it. We can amend it any time before the parcel ships.
