No. 01Ways to pay

Checkout shows every payment method available to you, which normally includes major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus PayPal where offered. The exact list can depend on your country and device.

No. 02Currency

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add its own fee.

No. 03How your card details are protected

• The whole site and checkout are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Card numbers are handled by Shopify and its payment processors, which are certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the payment industry's highest security standard.
• Marlowthorn never receives or stores your full card number.
• Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with a code or in its app, an extra check known as 3-D Secure.

No. 04When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If an order has to be cancelled before shipping, the full amount goes back to the same payment method.

No. 05Spotting scams

We will never ask for your card number, password or a security code by email or text message. If you receive a message claiming to be from Marlowthorn that asks for these, please don't reply and forward it to info@marlowthorn.com.
